It's very true that there are cultural difference(s) there that may be facilitating some of it... but she is not in America, man. We all individually dance around our feelings to a degree. Either we don't need certain scabs picked or some people may not want their personal/internal business advertised to the general public...
However, in America, we do tend to have more oversharers I think compared to our overseas neighbors. That is a given. I blame Hollywood culture... which has slowly becoming the pit of self-loathing in some ways... not the self-confident and liberating creative culture that it once was.
