In this instance, they should play this on the screen then punish the house

To punish Jermaine they should put Kim Woodburn in the house for the afternoon to deal with him

No I would rather they keep playing things on the screen to a minimum. In fact I would rather they didn't at all unless its for a specific purpose. I would rather they were both just called into the diary room and told they can't nominate this week.

Or if they must tell the house they should punish everyone by making the bathroom off bounds (hi bb8) and telling everybody that its because Chloe and Jermaine were using eyeliner to write secret messages. It's better to tell housemates the nothing or bare minimum and leaving them to speculate and let paranoia take hold.
