What an even tempered, happy go lucky housemate she is being.

Never morose, crying, argumentative, throwing strops or dissing others.

Her anecdotes on so many famous people are legendary.

She can look a mess but still exude a Hollywood persona.

I am jealous, I want to be like her.

I think it comes from finding true contentment within one's life, and realising that almost nothing matters, it's not worth getting in a strop about trivia ... plus, she's just a classy lady and probably the best in terms of actual celebrity in there.
