Has Big Brother become too vocal?

I was thinking last night about past series and how little Big Brother got involved within the house and only speaking to them when necessary.

I was thinking how strange it would be for the housemates to move into the house and to be truly left alone to do whatever. I feel Big Brother should be less involved in goings on and only communicate sparingly.

Bye at this flopping

Dunno what yer mean pal. :)

It’s SELF EXPLANATORY

Marsh. 29-08-2018 09:00 PM

How is he getting involved?

Is he gossiping with Sally?

Glenn. 29-08-2018 09:03 PM

Well by talking to them.

Oh are they still doing that "Goodnight housemates" bollocks?

RileyH 29-08-2018 09:06 PM

I don't think so

Glenn. 29-08-2018 09:07 PM

I don’t ****ing know. It was just a random thought I had when I went to bed last night

I just remember when Big Brother was a voice of authority and only sparingly spoke to the housemates.

Yes although tbf I don't think they could get away with being as cold and distant to the housemates as they were before.

armand.kay 29-08-2018 09:25 PM

I think this image of BB being cold and distant might not be completely accurate. Big brother during bb6 was right a chatty cow joking around with the housemates and even going on a date with Anthony.

Between bb5 and 8 big brother seemed to change it personality depending on the season.

I get what you mean and so do the others mocking you lol yeah I do think they should be less interactive with the housemates but tbh this year more than most the housemates have needed to be prompted by the voice...Though its been fairly tame compared to previous years where BB and Marcus literally ruined the highlight shows by hogging the limelight.

AProducer'sWetDream 30-08-2018 12:56 AM

I think sometimes they're a bit OTT when the housemates are just having a row and they're bellowing "THIS IS BIG BROTHER, WILL [insert housemate name] COME TO THE DIARY ROOM IIIMMEEDDIAATTTEELLYY", like, they're unlikey to punch each other just let them get on with it.

JoshBB 05-09-2018 02:33 PM

They definitely intervene too quickly in arguments. The moment one actually proper kicks off, they start screaming for one of the housemates to "COME TO THE DIARY ROOM IMMEDIATELY" and its just annoying
