So what are BB's rules for handing out formal warnings these days?

What I don't understand is what are Big Brothers rules to give a formal warning?

I thought it was for intimidating or threatening behaviour judged by them but how could they review that footage and think Ryan's clearly playful jab as SERIOUS.

They only gave the warning after Roxanne brought it to their attention...They saw nothing in the footage and are just trying to cover their backs incase of a public outcry to get him removed which has defo back fired on them.

This is what makes viewers see the whole production as messy.

They're pandering to Roxanne's tantrum as she's manipulated the whole thing to make herself look like the victim with her stupid false cries for help, it's very harmful because that means anyone can burst into tears in a ridiculous situation like this and claim they were "assaulted " while in the BB house  .

The video showed Ryan was harmless and he even apologised and she laughed !!!!! yet he still got a warning so the BB rules are a load of BS . BB should of ignored her or told her to leave the house if she feels unsafe .

Ryan is probably going to be too scared to joke around or be tactile in case he get's in trouble again . So Roxanne got her wish as she's probably made him miserable . Isn't it bad enough he had to sit in a bath of ice and wade through stinky gunge for a task .

...this is the year of the no rules, baby...the year of making it up as they go along in their manipulations...

Hope BB regrets their decision!.
Roxanne's behaviour is NOT normal , like i said if Rodrigo can be removed then why not Roxanne for her crazy breakdown! .

Yeah agreed. Big brother needs to be put to rest this show is a beast they’re not equipped to handle

i think if somebody makes a complaint, then they are more likely to give warnigs/ejections etc

But the problem with that is false allegations!! . So any crazy idiot can cry their eyes out and claim they were hurt or bullied in the BB house  . They can't just go off complaints ! it's not fair they should go off watching the footage .

Ryan could of just been reminded about the rules ,THEY WENT TOO FAR by given him a warning. he wasn't aggressive or violent .

.

This has always been the case, really. Their hands were tied.

Vanessa 31-08-2018 07:21 AM

A warning for that was ridiculous. They should have just told him about it without going over the top.

Exactly what i said

Didn't they warn Natalie without actually giving her a warning??? , why didn't they do the same with Ryan , if he actually grabbed Roxanne and threatened her BUT HE DIDN'T so it just makes the whole thing pathetic . Totally unfair and uncalled for .

This is why BB should be scrapped

...actually in thinking about it more, Vanessa...just telling him about it as a potential would have only been appropriate if the footage had absolutely shown no physical contact was made...with no doubt whatsoever..?...but maybe they couldn’t be sure or maybe the footage did show some physical contact ...and ther they had a housemate saying how much it hurt so they did have to give a formal warning as physical hurt couldn’t have been assessed by actual contact...she did also ask to see a producer rather than talk in the diary room so may have seen a producer and a medic also...who would have assessed physical hurt in no bruising or any sign at all of her being hurt...but still to be sure, a warning would have been appropriate, I feel...which is what happened...

Crimson Dynamo 31-08-2018 08:12 AM

spineless covering their backs in case of blame

BB should have told her "STOP. If you proceed in accusing Ryan falsely of assault and denigrating actual assault on females YOU WILL BE REMOVED"

that would have shut her devious lying gob

But she playfights all the time. Jumping on people's beds. Doesn't she realise what a hypocrite she is?

..oh yeah I do see the hypocrisy in it all, Vanessa ...for sure..but many housemates have always been hypocritical ..but I still think a formal warning was appropriate if any doubt or uncertainty was still there in reviewing the footage and her telling them she was psychical hurt...sadly for Ryan...

Strictly Jake 31-08-2018 08:22 AM

Bb didnt view it as worthy of a warning this was basically what they were trying to tell her. But because she personally felt threatened they still had to abide to the rulebook. Clearly someone went into the diary room to see roxanne she didnt go in with a cup did she yet all of a sudden one appeared so maybe they got a psychologist in to see her

Vanessa 31-08-2018 08:23 AM

He isn't really threatening though, is he? He's always happy and smiling. Bless him.

I don't like these rules, what if she decided to report Hardeep when she threw herself in the pool that night :suspect: .

Anyone can claim they've been threatened or hurt and BB automatically dishes out a warning and it's unfair

They should of just callled him in and told him that Roxanne had complained and advised him to maybe not play fight with her again.
