I think, for her own well being, that she needs to be removed from the house immediately, and needs to go get some help.

She seems to be living her life as some kind of soap opera, she's mentally unwell, and she's gonna be receiving verbal abuse when she gets out, for what she's done.

The best thing to do would be to remove her and get her some help.

The model in particular, deliberately stays 'fat' as she gets work as an plus size model
