My god the way some viewers react on social media is just waaaaaaay OTT

Calls to axe the show and saying that Ryan should sue them for showing what happened and how they're all disgusted and appalled

Never seen such Pearl clutching outrage in my life

The irony is , Some of them are reacting WORSE that Roxanne

This is what BB is about. Getting people talking on issues. This happens all the time in real life. Unfortunately cameras aren't always around to witness it. Stop calling the show disgusting and irresponsible. They have to cover them selves legally in a sensitive situation so have covered all bases. Not one person believes her And that includes production. But as you can see
She is a very dangerous person and the production has to act responsibley. This is reality TV at its most raw and real and they should be applauded for bringing it to light

It would have been more damaging to Ryan to not show it

There would have been calls and petitions to release the footage and let them judge for themselves

God I hate the public sometimes

Load of old nonsense over nothing

Roxannes in the wrong, everyone knows it

No one is against Ryan

So let's all catch our breaths and see how it plays out

In a video releases today she made claims Ryan kept punching her in the ribs with force and left her in pain for hours.

While at home someone is actually being beaten and are scared to tell the truth while she makes abuse seem like a big joke

But everyone knows it bollocks

And that includes the PTB

But she is going out of her way to destroy an innocent man.

God knows how it will affect his mental health

Which would be bad if we hadn't all seen it with our own eyes

We know she's lying

We know the truth

Ryan has got nothing to worry about

Them running with this storyline is highlighting real issues of women lying

The viewers should be thankful big brother actually showed what happened, Ryan's career will not be damaged because everyone has seen what happened but if they didn't show it then it would be a different story.

He was given a warning for something he didn't do and you expect him to not be affected because people know the truth?

The warning to Ryan is a green light to future false claims from devious and jealous women intent in destroying mens lives

...but people on the outside have plenty to worry about with her roaming around. Ryan was lucky (so to speak) because we witnessed the whole incident. If she falsely accused someone outside they would have a hard time proving their innocence, so this needs addressing properly and by professionals who know what they're doing.

They have legalities to adhere to.

If a housemate feels threatened (no matter how overblown and silly the reason) they have a legal obligation to adhere to protocol.

They're backing themselves up just in case she turns around and tries to say they didn't do anything

most of us have seen the footage & know she is making a mountain out of a piece of ant poo, but she is still telling the HMs that ryan is violent & they dont know any different. so whereas he may be ok when he comes out, at the moment & probably for his duration in the house he has this hanging over him. its extremely damaging. she needs removing after BB has played the footage into the house. calling someone violent is not to be taken lightly

I understand people are fuming to be honest but I have seen death threats, death wishes, beatings and even people hoping her family die.

People are taking their didtain too far I am feeling quite uncomfortable about watching tonight.

it may just be what BB needed to boost viewing figures etc. but at ryans expense. she is still telling HMs that he is violent & they dont know any different, its painfully cruel to ryan & is so wrong of BB to let this go on without correcting it

Having an emotional reaction - and yeah not thinking logically is part of the fun - its like football!!
But whats upsetting - and I havent read the rest of the thread - is that this could have - if not handled with the discussions people are having, ruined that young lads career for no reason - thankfully the truth is being bought to light.

I agree with you op.It’s no wonder they wouldn’t show the Rodrigo incident when a load of the viewers are snowflakes.

I don’t agree with Ryans warning though.They should’ve given Roxy one instead.
