Surely C5 can't put CBB on the back burner now
 

Despite the nastiness and lies, it's been a successful series, and has made headlines daily.

C5 would be mad to shelve it for a year or more.

I think they’re holding out for Endemol to make a last minute panic deal with them which may involve a reduced format or price or perhaps their original wish of just a January CBB and no civilian.

Hope it's back on in January.

I believe Channel 5 also want to be able to renew the contract year by year/series by series so I could see Endemol letting them do that for January’s CBB if they don’t find a buyer.
