Ryan is SO Lucky
 

Thankfully, the whole incident was on camera.

Imagine this had happened backstage on another show somewhere;
Then it would be her word against his.

And in today's cultural climate the person accused is so often assumed to be guilty, just by an accusation. Especially after Harvey Weinstein etc.

This could have destroyed Ryan.


This Roxanne situation may be helpful as warning that we/the media must consider the whole case before making our assumptions;

There might not always be a camera there to capture it.

Happens quite a bit i reckon

Often just cause people care and they don't want to doubt a true victim
Sometimes it's the media hyping it up to sell stories

The downside is people in the public eye can get smeared by accusations, even before the whole truth comes out and it affects their career

It depends what circle of people ur in. Some courts and some people instantly believe and side with the accuser in spite of fair trial, others do the exact opposite. They’re both awful and both should be talked about. Hopefully this situation has sparked a dialogue
