if you cant sleep you should read a book not watch tv

reading a good one, about black death in 1348

that is my type of book

I am invariably still awake at 4 am - whether not having yet gone to sleep, or having slept and woken - but I don't often come on here at that time because there is often no one still on here.

no, this one is new for me and yes it's good
it's actually about all medieval outbreaks not just 1348 tho that one was the biggest

the book I'd read for a while (reread 3 times) was Nuclear Accidents, a history or civilian and military accidents since the discovery of radioactivity to Fukushima. Highly recommended.
