They can eject someone for tweets but keep a criminal in the same series??
Lewis admitted to going to prison for theft but he still allowed on the show so how is that fair??
|
Sexist. A young male criminal is a hot felon, a bad boy. A female with an opinion shared by many? Eject her.
Disgusting, she was my favourite to win. |

tbh i bet there's alot of housemates from previous bb's who have been to prison but we haven't been told  . |

Another tweet used the n word.
Goodnight, stupid girl. |

Ellis apparently said something stupid on social media THIS YEAR aswell  , So it's her own silly fault . I just hate how production don't check these things out . Like i said a more worthy housemate could of had that PLACE :nono: . |
An ignorant tweet by a child vs actually criminal activity, the producers are a mess
|
Anything racist is a taken more seriously than anyone with a criminal record. They would have done full criminal checks on every housemate so Lewis would have to have come clean anyway.
I guess if her racist tweets were discovered...they didn't want to risk another 'N' bomb going down in the house. |

I mean tbh I was shocked they let an ex criminal in but I guess thats just me, I see your point and understand your reasoning. There was no excuse to miss this especially when it came to the likes to tila when she was pretty well known for her racist and bizarre outbursts, dont need a psych to tell anyone shes cray cray! I'm totally with you on the production, they are so half assed its unreal. |

[Although I agree that she shouldn't have been removed, it's a social experiment for a reason some people have bad views] |
He served his time. Not sure why it should still be an issue.
|
what did she actually say?
|
Hadn't Professor Moody from BB11 been in prison, as well as a few others?
I guess BB is a bit like some jobs - spent criminal convictions are accepted, but public bouts of racism can endanger your position? |
It seems B.B. care more about what you say than what you do in the past, B.B. sponsors rule the roost, it’s all about making money.

1. Police say they may no longer respond to burglaries due to budget cuts: https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/ukn...urglaries.html meanwhile................... 2. Police urge people to report 'non-crime' hate incidents: https://www.standard.co.uk/news/crim...-a3932131.html So............ Ignoring ACTUAL CRIMES (burglaries) but focusing on 'non-crimes' (speech) !!!! :conf: . |
But Lewis has turned his life around. And has been honest about his past.
|
Pretty false equivalence given it's someone that has committed a crime but received punishment for it. Ellis wouldn't have been removed as punishment for her actions, she has been removed the producers felt she was a flight risk who could cause undue controversy.
