Secret Story could be an idea for Channel 4

If you don't know what Secret Story is, it's an international version of BB where the format has been tweaked. Housemates have individual prize funds as well as the main prize fund and their mission is to keep secrets from each other. If one successfully exposes another one's secret they win the other hm's prize fund which gets added to their total. following on from this the house is full of secrets for the housemates to find like secret rooms and retreats.

I have been inspired by the circle like the whole aspect of Secret Story as a format could be something Channel 4 could seriously play with. It's clear to see they do miss big brother somewhat or want something similar without the reputation and I think secret story could be that, especially with the circle players keeping secrets from each other it's been super interesting and I think it could be a prospect. they could even combine them by keeping them away from outside contact but giving them all restricted phones or something in which they can message each other in secret but the phones cant access the outside world or internet. This has potential!

I don't think C4 would take it, it's too similar to BB, even with changes.

Always felt C5 should have looked at this rather than just picking up Big Brother. I don't think it would work now on C4 itself, but could possibly work on E4 as it has a bit more of a Love Island casting feel to it.

I used to follow it quite closely for it's first few years and season 3 is probably one of my favourite non-English BB's. Sadly though once the official sites decided to geo-block their content outside of their host country it became much more difficult to follow.
