Why didn't he stay quiet !
 

Why did he BLAB about his coin total :facepalm: . I know everyone knew he was top of the leaderboard but he didn't need to tell them the exact total. I think Akeem is going to be in danger soon .

Even if he wanted to be tactical (which I don't think he is) I don't really think there's any point in him lying about it. Everyone had a general idea that he was miles ahead anyway.

...he’s just a straight up honest guy, I think...he seems like just a lovely person and what you see is what you get, type thing...:lovedup:..

If he lied and let's say he said he had 700 and then ended up higher than people who had 700+ on the top 3 leaderboard, that would've looked reeeally bad :joker:

I agree, Akeem is probably one of the nicest most genuine housemates :) . But i'm worried he might soon be in danger as the others will see him as a threat :bawling: .

I guess as soon as anybody else on the leaderboard revealed theirs, his would have been assumed anyway. As he was called into the diary room first, i think it was the only option he had really. He came across well in doing it.

I'm not an Akeem fan don't like him. He considers it a big achievement to be at the top of the leaderboard, and he was basically boasting when telling everyone how much he had. Similarly in the auction when there was a group reward .... I will get this. It's all designed to put it into the housemates heads that he is better than they are ... but a jolly good sport. Game play at it's finest.

It's come to me who he reminds me of a bit ... Anthony, the hairdresser that won ... never liked him either :laugh:

He comes across to me as a genuine, level-headed and nice guy- like a really decent human being, and I like him. I don't think he's false at all.

He is not the most interesting or noticeable housemate, but when he is highlighted, he shows numerous admirable qualities and I think that's his character in real life too. He's one of life's good guys, but maybe someone who won't get so far in BB as he isn't outrageous or unique enough.
