As far as I know, they can save a housemate but no replacement will be named. So, one of the dreadful duo (isaac/lewis g) will definitely be up for eviction. Hopefully both!!

Akeem and someone of his choosing will be in the task to save.

If Akeem's as competitve as he usually is he'll win and save Isaac.
