No idea, it seems very very random. Makes me wonder what we have missed. Yeah he comes across really competitive in tasks, but for the amount of bitching there is against him..there HAS to be something else :laugh:

Tbf...at least Akeem is taking the task seriously. If they win they should be thanking Akeem for their luxury food.
I guess he may be coming across as the school prefect...but that's no reason to slate him.

He’s too mature

They haven't a hope of passing this task. Akeem won't give up on it, though.

1. The men are jealous because he's obviously the Alpha, Isaac is fuming.
2. He's very good at tasks and wins
3. They're still fuming he got the most coins tbh
4. Because he's genuinely a nice bloke, they're thinking there's something up/looking for slip ups

EXACTLY! The house if full of childish and immature people so by default he doesn’t fit in.

Hence he creates the image as someone who “thinks he’s too good” when that may not actually be the case, it’s just that he’s past their immaturity.

He comes across a bit smug imo, but the hate that is thrown at him by some of the Housemates is shocking.

They resent his coin wealth and the fact that he's a strong player ! . I like Akeem ! .

Instead of going behind his back bitching about him to the others why don't Cameron, Tomasz and Isaac have it out with him.

They are just annoyed and jealous that Akeem is winning the tasks and has more coins then them.

Akeem is one of my favourites he is a nice guy who is just being himself.

He may be good at tasks etc, but he comes across as an insincere, superior tosser to me. Maybe thats how the rest of the house see him to. He pretends to be this father figure looking out for the house, but he is not, he is looking after himself
