because Kay has left, she is no longer in the house and he is sick of Lewis going on about her

It does seem odd that he nommed her.

There was still 10 to choose from to nominate so at this stage to risk a sort of friend's place in the house doesn't ring true.

I mean Kay has always nommed Cameron and I think him her too.
That's expected since they never liked each other.
