On the first ever National Album Day, The Beatles's ground-breaking Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band has, perhaps unsurprisingly, been crowned the UK's favourite studio album of all time.

Based on sales, the top 10 features an eclectic mix, with Oasis, Pink Floyd, Adele, Dire Straits and Michael Jackson all making an appearance.
