the rule breaking in the pool

its one thing talking bout noms, its another thing entirely to ignore warnings that are for your own safety, if I saw a 10 year old doing that at a swimming pool I would say they were a spoiled brat :skull:

what do you think?

smudgie 16-10-2018 08:16 AM

Neither.
I think he knows he could be going on Friday and doesn’t give a chuff about the rules.
Time for a bit of fun, plus airtime.
Worked out well, all on basic rations, not before time.:joker:

I like his wild side. I'd probably jump in the pool with him, if i was there

I voted rebel on that for this rule break.
However his diary room rant was fantastic to watch.

I'd agree overall though with smudgie neither applies really.

The loaded question in the poll didn't leave a positive for anyone to choose but of the 2, rebel is the least negative of the choices.
Nothing wrong with being a rebel at times anyway especially to let off steam and enjoy yourself.

The question was not about Lewis, I asked if you saw a 10 year old doing this at a swimming pool what would you think?

It wasn't about Lewis but he was the one doing the rule break.

Well, wish I hadn't voted then, as I'd never judge or categorize a 10 year old with either of those terms for diving in a pool.

I'd never brand negatively a 10 year old.

I'd more likely Blane their parents. lol maybe Lewis's parents have a lot to answer for then

You don't think a 10 year old should listen to the lifeguard in a swimming pool for their own safety? okay...

bots 16-10-2018 08:44 AM

if it was my lad he would get an earful for sure. I don't think its being a rebel or spoilt .... just plain and simple stupidity

BB aren't lifeguards.
Lewis is an adult.

You made this thread to dig at Lewis.
Spoiled brat is an awful term for a 10 year old anyway.
Not necessary.
In my view, no doubt you'll disagree as ever though.

Lewis rebelled at worst enjoying himself, that's all.

I made the thread to draw a comparison between his behaviour and what is acceptable in public and social situations, BB in this instance was acting as life guard in regard to health and safety.

Unfortunately there are a lot of spoiled brats around because they don't believe rules apply to them only to others

To be honest, the thread was about Lewis jumping into the pool, as he isn’t a ten year old it doesn’t really apply to him.

No he isn't so he really should know better

poppsywoppsy 16-10-2018 08:50 AM

Lewis is bored out of his mind being in there.

How many other housemates over the years have done something against the rules and revelled in doing so. It has happened with food, climbing the walls and trashing the bedroom and lounge.

This is just another example.

But it does give his detractors another excuse for damning him but at least he has earned it this time. Fill your boots detractors, he won't give a damn.

Ah, but it’s the B.B. house, the rules are there to break, been that day since series 1.
Keeps the show interesting I suppose.

Yes, and it normally pans out the same each series.
I wonder if it’s us viewers and our reactions that are the actual social experiment.:joker:

You just said he won't care if he comes out on Friday, obviously they are all in there for the 100k

poppsywoppsy 16-10-2018 08:59 AM

If it was one of the posters who support him who said this, it would carry more weight, but it isn't and it doesn't.
