I love how the only basis for Cameron being friends with Akeem is because he's 'more popular' and not because Akeem is inoffensive and a good person... which is generally a trait most people look for in a friend

I don't think Cameron's gonna lose any sleep when he walks out the house and finds out one of his friends that he started spending less time with was favourite to win for a period of time

Lewis isn't up for eviction, so he can't claim he is hated, so now he turns on Cameron to ensure his victim status

It's not fair to expect Cameron to only be with Lewis.

There's no conflict between them.

Cameron gets on with Akeem, actually Lewis and Akeem have fun together too at times.

Cameron will always have Lewis's back and Lewis his.
However both will have other separate friends, one or both may not get on with on.

I don't know why any Lewis F fan would be surprised at Cameron distancing himself based on popularity. Are we forgetting his 'It's only banter' defense when Lewis G was sniping at Cameron's friend?

I agree, but Cameron was slagging Akeem off not long ago. And now he's his best friend all of a sudden?

Sometimes things change though.

There's less left in the house now, Akeem is clearly grateful to Cameron saving him.

Some bonding will naturally come from that.

..he isn’t distancing himself from Lewis...they’ve both already addressed that in that they can’t really spend every waking hour together ..and Cameron was filled with affection and praise for Lewis in his positive nomination reason...he’s just nurturing other friendships as well...which I think is much healthier anyway...in the chaining, Lewis will also have an opportunity to spend closer time with Cian and hopefully that’ll be a positive thing for both of them...
