Ejection: A Theory
From them ejecting him without prior formal warnings, to what he said in his speech (mentioning Race, sexuality, gender and religion, and saying it happened in the heat of the moment) then I reckon he had some kind of final straw outburst at everyone in the house and said offensive things to most people. It would explain the drastic decision (I wanted him gone but if it was a single use, or 'minor' thing it should've been a warning).

could be

he seemed a bit shocked that he was being removed
|
We'll never know!
|
From what he said in the diary room, his apology wasn't directed at a specific housemate(s)
So maybe his rant that got him ejected was directed at a specific 'group' |

I did wonder if they were about to show it when he was messing around with Brooke at the party, thought he might have said 'it's alright I know she's a f word' or something like that

Lewis was BOUND to kick off on the night when two housemates celebrated their birthdays - that was so predictable. It wasn’t about him was it? Naturally he had to get noticed...
So glad this vile, boorish oik has gone. |
Or I wonder if he aired some controversial views on transsexuality or something like that
