http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a2...pink-white.gif

Well, I personally think it's horrible very tacky and a kid could of made it.

I also think everyone seems to be forgetting we've got the beijine olimpics next year.

Heres there logo

Simple.

What's you judgment on the logo situation. I know it doesn't matter but it will be a logo we will see for a quite a while

Only five years. One month and 23 days...

sol 04-06-2007 06:22 PM

I don't like the look of it either, but I've got 5 years for it to grow on me.

Fat.Rat 04-06-2007 06:36 PM

ewww thats horrid

Tanser_Man 04-06-2007 06:42 PM

I think it's very imaginative and very different from any logo produced for the games, ever before!

Dan_ 04-06-2007 06:43 PM

It looks a complete mess.

Ruth*Star 04-06-2007 06:45 PM

Its not the best logo in the world but not the worst.

Sophii3x 04-06-2007 07:06 PM

It's ok. It's different and unique, which is good!

Matt 04-06-2007 07:41 PM

That's terrible!

Red Moon 04-06-2007 07:43 PM

I wonder how much they paid for that?

They don't deserve to be paid!

Slartibartfast 04-06-2007 07:54 PM

Is this what is supposed to represent London and Britain?? A big pink and white mess? What (now probably ex-) design idiot came up with that??!!

Matt 04-06-2007 07:58 PM

When I first looked I didn't even know it said 2012!

GhettoSuperstar 04-06-2007 08:02 PM

Its quite weird but intruging.

Matt 04-06-2007 08:03 PM

As sol said it's got five years to grow on me...

Should this be moved to sport BTW?... not sure...

Spike 04-06-2007 08:12 PM

It's different but horrible the beijine olimpics logo is much better

Matt 04-06-2007 08:13 PM

I think they should rethink the logo... billions of pounds plowed into the Olympics and then that?!?!?!?!

Matt 04-06-2007 10:12 PM

Lol. Very very good demonstration.... some karma is in order!

Bells 04-06-2007 10:17 PM

LMAO Dan... you proper deserve karma... is this some kind of joke?! £600,000. I wouldn't mind having that job!

Matt 04-06-2007 10:19 PM

£600k to design that?!?!!!?!?!

There's only two smilies apt for this post:

:laugh2:

J.C. 04-06-2007 10:24 PM

I believe it cost £400,000,Tho I can hardly believe it.

It's disjointed when it should represent the coming together of peoples.
Its aggressive in it its apearance.
In no way does it represent London.
Who saw the 20 12 bit when they first looked?

And its hardly surprising that by 10 o'clock this morning the BBC showed ideas viewers had sent which the branding expert described as far better.
