17 apparent migrants – 14 men and three children
– claiming to be Iranian after a fishing boat,
reportedly stolen in France,
arrived in Dover overnight.]

Turn them back around then? It doesn't matter if they're Iranian or not, France is a safe country, they have no reason to illegally break into the UK from there.

Lifeboats and a coastguard helicopter were involved in the interception of a boat carrying 13 people two miles from Walmer at about 04:30 GMT.

at Kingsdown, Kent, by local residents
