A 50-year-old woman has been arrested for abusing Air India staff on a flight from Mumbai to London after she was denied alcohol on the plane.

The business class passenger, who is reportedly Irish, reportedly demanded to speak to the pilot after cabin crew denied her another bottle of wine as she was 'very drunk'.

Video shows the blonde-haired barefoot woman, who claims to be a human rights lawyer, swearing at crew, threatening to 'p*** on them' in court, and calling a female staff member an 'Indian *******ing money-grabbing b*****d'.

Should they have given the Irish lady a wee glass of wine?

She sounds English to me :idc:

Niamh. 14-11-2018 11:08 AM

Excuse you I still have an Irish accent, there wasn't a hint of an Irish accent in there :nono: Daily Fail are notoriously anti Irish so of course they will claim it

When I lived in England, the English people I worked with started picking up my accent instead of the other way round :hee:

Crimson Dynamo 14-11-2018 11:49 AM

remember she had bare feet, was swearing and was drunk

if she had been Scottish she would have been wanting 2 bottles of wine and would have had a fag on

Cherie 14-11-2018 11:50 AM

When she started hopping up and down like a toddler having a tantrum

She said "a wee bottle" though, people from the ROI really don't use the word "wee" in that context at all, people from NI do I suppose but you'd never lose your accent that much and NI accents are pretty strong, there wasn't even a hint of it

Crimson Dynamo 14-11-2018 11:54 AM

She was banging on about the IRA so
