Tbf if he started adding faves for one low rated show everyone would be constantly on at him to had faves of every show that rates a few hundred thousand

He might be too relentless on that. Also these kind of requests might be better to do via PM.

They probably do more than you think, it just isn't visible here. A site such as this requires quite a bit of work, I'd imagine.

Also they both probably have jobs and other life to do.

Maybe a new admin appointment would be appropriate. Promoting one or few of the longest standing mods to a site administrator status might be good. I suggest Niamh.
