It was a bit suspicious he was the only one wearing his backpack as results were revealed - with everyone else's next to them or with their bed.

It's possible they're all told in advance who's going, before Dec and Holly walk down to the camp.

"Fixed" would imply that the voting has been tampered with and the outcome altered, not that the eliminated celebrity has been given 10 minutes forewarning.
