It was very obvious they KNEW their loved ones were in there

Did anyone notice the final five tonight when they were walking in the jungle and hey presto their loved ones were there waiting for them? I have watched it a few times as I had it skyplussed and each one of them looked to where their loved one was sitting in a way like they were told to look there. I am certain they knew

GoldHeart 08-12-2018 12:33 AM

It happens every year now , they use to do phone calls from loved ones and one year there was the mystery doors but that was a surprise .

But now they always make their loved ones enter the jungle for a "surprise meeting" . Even though they'll literally see them in a few days or in James' case the next day  .

This programme jumped the shark last night. It is all scripted in my view.

The one unscripted moment, where james quite rightly pointed out the acting and over acting of the screech twins, was cynically used by the producers to get rid of him so he wasn't a threat to Fleugh and Emily.

Of course they weren't surprised, this show does the exact same things at the exact same time every year.

It's like the non-reaction housemates had to secret rooms/houses on BB after they overused them.

How did they all happen to be wandering through the jungle alone?

They have blown it this year because previously there was an argument between nick and noel, where noel was wandering off on his own to get wood/water and nick was telling him off saying that the rules state no camp mate should leave camp unaccompanied ... so yeah, all fake.

Nothing will ever beat our Charlie Brooks reaction to meeting her daughter

That was genuinely a surprise as it was mystery doors . But Charlie picked the wrong door . So she didn't see her daughter .

Only David haye & Rosemary shrager picked the family & friends door .

They are not allowed to go anywhere alone...so of course it was all set up.

Ive never seen anyone sit on that bench before last night

ThriceShy 08-12-2018 04:37 PM

Please tell me that nobody watching thought "Oh Harry is going for a stroll in the jungle with a camera on him and Sandra happened to be there."

ThriceShy 08-12-2018 04:38 PM

Holly's crying was absolutely ludicrous too. It was completely put on.

Something else Ive noticed ,both James and Johns hair has clearly been blow dried ,James came back from car dingo dollars thing the other day with gob****e and he had showered, got clean clothes on and his hair had clearly been blow dried .While for maximum effect she came back unwashed ........I noticed Johns last night too

I don't know, that's why I asked. You clearly don't know either.

They were there to find their loved ones. Obviously.

She never saw her whilst in the jungle ,she spoke to her on the phone I think and she picked the wrong mystery door so she didn't get to see her until she won .

Yeah, that's what I suspected. Almost as if the whole show is contrived, scripted nonsense. Glad you agree.

People need to realise, these people aren't camped out in a jungle. They are in a sophisticated TV studio in a clearing near a town.

Wouldn't surprise me if they go off and sleep in a hotel at night. They certainly have access to hair and make up departments.

Beastie 09-12-2018 08:08 AM

It needs to be scrapped. Family and friends should not enter.. And only one letter from home a week before the final.

Garfie 09-12-2018 11:12 AM

I don't see the need for letters from home or visits from loved ones- they are only there for a short number of weeks on what is basically an extended holiday.

The emotion displayed by some seems a bit over the top to me considering the short amount of time they have been parted and the fact that they will see each other again in a matter of days. I can understand someone like Harry's reaction considering his age and the fact he's been with his wife for 54 years, but not that of some of the younger ones.
