Big Brother Rumours/Conspiracy Theories

What are your favourites from over the years?

I heard that the reason Emma was ejected as opposed to the others involved in Fight Night was because producers thought they could make more money out of viewers voting to evict Jason or Victor

Epic. 28-12-2018 04:06 PM

Roxanne didn't actually lie about being punched and it was moreso an over-reacted fabricated truth where subconsciously she knew she wasn't harmed, but her acting background made her go off the rails with performing about it

Matthew. 28-12-2018 04:08 PM

I haven’t seen BB11 but I heard that the quadruple eviction happened because producers were scared Sam Pepper would win, meaning he would go on UBB and potentially push all the ex-housemates to walk :skull:

Epic. 28-12-2018 04:08 PM

I think Angie did sort of know what would happen when she said "David's dead." She knew David Gest before the show and was living with him for a week straight, as were the other housemates, although this just gives more reason to like her<3

In BB5, apparently Kitten’s girlfriend was meant to go in with her, explaining her tantrum on launch night. Then they decided to put her in after the first eviction, but it was Kitten, that idea would have been pretty pointless, so it was scrapped.

Susie's rich husband paid producers a massive sum of money for her to be a housemate because she was desperate for fame and every ball in the machine on that night was 14.

yeah I heard about that one as well! That, or Aisleyne had a small magnet in her hand that would attract ball 14, or Ball 14 was hot, and the others were cold, and Aisleyne was told to pick the hot ball

caffeinated legend Susie

This would fit with the messy way they had Becki enter (possibly in her place) during a random HL show rather than after a live eviction

I think Craig fancied Maxwell far more than he ever did Anthony and was simply using Anthony as a substitute for an attraction to a different laddish straight male he already had. Loads of evidence support this; he was closer to Maxwell before he was Anthony, he talked negatively about Anthony at first while always admiring Maxwell, and it was clear to see he enjoyed trying to make Anthony look bad all the time and was prone to emotionally manipulating him, so I think part of his attraction was Stockholm syndrome after Maxwell left.

Granted he was attracted to Anthony while Maxwell was in the house, but that didn't really show possibility until it was clear Maxwell and Saskia were a couple and Craig knew there was nothing he could do and just had to befriend both of them (I also think he secretly hated Saskia.). And if you watch his BBLB interview after you leave, he gets a caller asking him if he could save Robbie Williams, Anthony or Maxwell from drowning, he immediately says Maxwell while having a sulky face on him :laugh2:

Was looking around some of the message boards and I came across this one - I haven’t seen this series btw but anyway...

Mark Henderson from BB12 didn’t walk, apparently he was actually ejected but they covered it up as a withdrawal. Supposedly after Jay shat in the freezer, as a revenge, Mark wanked into a sandwich and gave it to Jay :yuk:

But supposedly, since BB were trying to cover up the freezer incident up, they couldn’t really show this as it linked to it, so they got him to pretend he wanted to walk.

This gets grosser taking into consideration this was the same year that trash Bobby Sabel fed his own sweat to Darryn Lyons and could've potentially poisoned him but they didn't do any of this removal/walking and he even got his fee :yuk:

Beastie 28-12-2018 09:17 PM

I heard its coming back in 2020.

Mess that’s a new one

Daniel-X 28-12-2018 09:24 PM

I’ve heard quite a few times that Jonathan Cheban in CBB17 didn’t walk either. Apparently it was similar to Stormy Daniels situation and he said he’d only do a set amount of days, producers signed a contract with him, paid him a fee and organised a day for him to walk because he didn’t want to commit to a full series.

Matthew. 28-12-2018 09:37 PM

Apparently Nick had a phone in with him in BB1.

Speaking of which, I also heard that there was a fake eviction planned in BB1 but after the whole Nick incident which resulted in his ejection, they scrapped it

karl100589 28-12-2018 09:42 PM

Bobby Sabel was supposed to be on BB12, but was drafted to the celebrity version after another celeb (reportedly Sid Owen) pulled out at the last minute.

Adding to this rumour is Bb12 Aaron revealing he was drafted to the show on short notice, potentially as Bobby's replacement.

Epic. 28-12-2018 09:42 PM

Katie Hopkins and Perez Hilton hate each other because they both have the same personality and subconsciously self-hate their own personality

Epic. 28-12-2018 09:47 PM

Charlie Drummond intentionally tried to emulate the personality traits of every previous male winner. He tried Craig's sense of humour and also used Freddie as his own Nasty Nick, he tried matching Brian Dowling's campness and flamboyance, he tried matching Cameron's... normality(?), he made his Geordie accent thicker on occasions to sound like Anthony as well as trying to use Rodrigo as his own Craig Coates even though their interaction is pretty much Anthony/Craig if Anthony was in the wrong, and he tried being overly goofy sometimes like Pete and Brian Belo. This fits with the popular opinion that he was fake as ****.

Matthew. 28-12-2018 09:51 PM

I just found one that said Roxanne was casted after producers found out about her tendencies in the past in the hope that something would happen

Lostie! 28-12-2018 09:57 PM

Does anyone remember the newspaper article during BB7 claiming Shahbaz had threatened to commit suicide in the house?

That's not a theory, that's confirmation :(

Thankfully according to a few of the housemates, he also wanked in front of several people so now who has the last laugh?

Apparently a threesome happened in the house.
