Thin hair!

I’ve been trying to get my thin hair a bit thicker lately. Does oil actually work? Anyone here with thin hair who’s had success with treatments? I USE stuff like castor oil, olive oil, coconut oil, almond etc, sometimes all mixed up and heated and left on my hair overnight for example (LUV a hot towel treatment)

FYI I have short hair (as I’m a guy) so I don’t even wash it out all the time as I don’t really think it’ll clog me hair up. My hair is like super short

I’ve also used sulfate free shampoo and try to wash my hair much less.

It’s too soon to really say it it’s done anything for me so that’s why I wanna know if anyone has done it for much longer.

Also, what’s the best thing to do with your hair post-workout? The sweat is bad for it or something, is rinsing with water enough? I don’t want to be shampooing when i go gym all the time

What’s your hair routine in an average week?

As long as the water is warm/hot then it's fine

Wouldn’t that strip your hair of good oils too though. I thought using lukewarm water was ideal

If you’re balding then hair transplant is a legit option I mean i personally would try and raise the funds for it even if it took a long time. It’s a worthwhile investment

I don't have trypophobia or anything but the little dots they leave on your head during a hair transplant make me sick

Any correlation with the start date of losing your hair and joining TiBB? Asking for scientific purposes

I think I have something like that at home, the green bottle right. Anyway I would not like to have luscious locks I just want thicker short hair :oh:

Become a skin head, it solves all your problems and saves you money to spend on other things. No need to visit the barbers or hairdressers ever again. Just invest in a hair shaver and your hair problems are over for the rest of your life.

This advice was brought to you by Alf's tip of the day "With Alfie G it's a guarantee"

Try taking acidophillus, it will take several mths for results but its good for hair and nail growth.
They give it to cows and found that their hair and hoofs grew well, its a good natuaral antibiotic too. Those actimel drink type things are a joke Acidophillus has about 4 billion compared to near on nowt in actimel.

It isn't an antibiotic... it's a probiotic. What it can do is occupy the place where bad bacteria will grow with good bacteria... basically survival of the symbiotic fittest. Also, it won't make hair grow... but it can aid in digestion so that your body can break down and use the nutrients in food better such as those in hair production.
