Pretty much these and I'd also add 18 to the list.

I love 7 but it didn't have that many big characters. Out of 22 housemates, I think only 10-12 stood out

I love 13 but I wouldn't include it on the list. They had a lot of smaller personalities like Sara, Scott, Adam, Luke S, Ashleigh etc.
