[Firefighters responded after the
female rodent was spotted in
distress in Hochdorf-Assenheim,
around 60 miles (96km) south of Frankfurt.
Animal rescuer Michael Sehr told local media
the rat "had a lot of winter flab and
was stuck fast at her hip - there was no
going forward or back".
He said that even animals
"that are hated by many deserve respect".]

LOL... It looks like that rat is calling for help.

Saw this on the news. I know rats are filthy... but there's just something about them that I like. They have character. I don't want one... just making that clear in case my fella reads this and feels like treating me.
