God I miss the Noughties

Music in the 2010s just don't come close to matching them

It's weird in that it doesn't feel that long ago, but enough time has passed that it feels like a different era, especially the earlier stuff

I love music from the early Noughties more than the later stages. From 2000- 2005 was its peak for me. I still love everything 2006 onwards, but not to the extent of 2000-2005

The stuff from around when I left school is what I love the most, but the really early stuff reminds me of when the world felt a little more hopeful lol
