so inform the DVLA right away.

For what possible reason? Totally ridiculous. If someone with ASD passes their driving test, they had ASD when they passed the test, and is as fit to drive as anyone else who has passed the test.

It's not like they "got ASD" at some point after passing the test :facepalm:

Yes its going to be a problem
for many, as their Insurance will change.
