Awwww... I'd have him. Even if they never find his owners that little dog is going to have a lovely life. I bet thousands are queuing up to adopt him.

He is gorgeous, wouldn't suprise me if someone put him on there on purpose to get rid of him, given no one has come forward, hope I am wrong though
