I HATE humans honestly, this is ****ing disgusting. You just know there will be no consequences either - slap on the wrist and mummy and daddy too drunk on white lightening to actually care.

And the fact that the scumbag was dumb enough to share on Snapchat ,his image is out there so why not show his face ?. |
Bloody selfie culture is just cancerous.

The police know who they are then, the pictures would be pretty clear. I hope they're dealt with properly... Personally I'd have them ****ing horse-whipped. In public.

Glad theres photos but I do agree he will get off with a slap on the wrist. And thats IF the police even bother their arses..have watched a fair few programs where they do animal resuces from cruelty and it seems the police really don't give a **** and its often hard for the charities or whatever to even get a fine out of the dickheads leaving like 50 cats in a house and ****ing off or whatever :/
The photos will have to be blurred because I expect he is under 16 (or 18?) |

....I don’t know I’m a bit sceptical about this story..or just a bit unsure...it’s a horrid thing if true ...but why put the photos on social media because she was obviously so appalled by it ...and yet not report it to the police or the RSPCA...
But neither Devon and Cornwall Police or the RSPCA have so far been able to find reports for the incident in the absence of a precise location or date. I always say this in threads about animal cruelty... in the USA their animal wardens are trained to look for child abuse, domestic abuse etc. because the two, so very often, go hand in hand. It's about time we took it more seriously in Britain and punish anyone who mistreats animals. It might save lives down the line.

Absolutely sick.
I doubt that there will be any justice though. |

I think she thought she would mete out her own justice by shaming them online, she probably didnt bother going to the police as what good would it do?
A driver who drove into the side of my car a few years back drove off after the accident, I took my insurance and licence to the station and the wanker asked me had I been speeding, to make a drawing of the position of the cars, and answer other questions and nothing happened.... so never again just a waste of time |
She will probably get a visit from the police for putting their faces online though
|
....imo if they’re children or if it’s unsure of their age..?...then the photos shouldn’t have been put online, it was wrong for her to do that...what they did was awful and should have been reported to the police and the RSPCA to be dealt with accordingly...
