I think he wanted to be removed.

If he hadn't broken the law he wouldn't have had to hide.

To be honest he has spent seven years in self imposed prison.

USA is going to appeal.

It was only blocked because prisons in the US are so bad, not because of freedom of the press, which is worrying.

I'm quite torn on this one. The guy is a criminal and should face justice
