Jenny Mollen reveals she dropped her son on his head, fracturing his skull

She's Jason Biggs's (Jim from American Pie) wife if you're unfamiliar with her.

Quote:

"On Saturday evening, I dropped my son on his head causing him to fracture his skull and landing him in the ICU," Mollen explained to fans on Instagram. "I am forever grateful to Lenox hill downtown and @nyphospital for their immediate response and aid. Thank you to all of the nurses, neurologists, pediatricians, residents, cafeteria staff and brave women that keep the visitor‘s bathrooms clean."

The star continued, "Not sure how this post turned into an Oscars acceptance speech... But @biggsjason Thank god for you! Thank god, thank god, thank god."

Aw...accidents happen sometimes and she would have felt terribly guilty. I dropped my son when he was little too - running down the stairs with him on my hip, I tripped and put my arms out to break my fall, completely forgetting he was with me. He broke his collar bone and I was distraught. All he said for the next few weeks was "mummy broke the baby". He still uses it as a stick to beat me with now

My eldest fell face first down three stone steps when she was 2, just after I had said "don't worry I'm right behind you" as she was feeling tentative :bawling:. She split her face a little at the corner of her nose and still has a faint scar. Guilt!

I also catapulted her out of her buggy once, she hated being strapped in and always sat still anyway, and I was pushing it through a patch of deep snow in winter, hit a stone that obviously couldn't be seen under the snow, and she flew out face first into the snow. But she wasn't hurt so that was pretty hilarious after the initial shock. [emoji23]
