the report basically says “the president tried to obstruct justice but didn’t do it successfully therefore we were unable to come to a conclusion on whether or not he did”

He tried to obstruct justice but he's so incompetent in everything he does that he failed to do even that properly. He's not guilty of collusion but he certainly isn't innocent of obstruction, to say otherwise is to show a critical lack of reading ability.

That's my understanding too. He's too stupid to organize a collusion.
But judging by all the dodgy meetings it wasn't for the lack of trying. Just thick as ****, him and his family.

I'd argue that it's worse since, especially with this cover, they are spreading fake news while The Sun is simply despicable with their spin.
