Easter or Christmas?
 

What special time of year do you prefer?

Christmas, what a silly question, who celebrates Easter?

East Her is a non-event.

You'd be surprised.

I love Easter though because there is zero pressure to buy anything or cook anything

Easter is just for kids here really, and for getting the reduced price eggs after it all ends :laugh2:

I learn to appreciate Easter more the more I lose money on Christmas :laugh:

But Christmas is just obviously iconic :love:

Easter is less expensive and less stressful so I'll pick Easter

The supermarkets are doing their best to push it as another snouts in the trough holiday..have an Easter feast, Easter lamb....yadda yadda.... the shops will be closed on Easter Sunday and there is no pandemonium ...I do love Christmas but it's gotton way out of hand commerically :oh:

i don't remember the last time people cared about easter, i guess its more of a religious thing? idk

I still hold to my religious faith.
So in that Easter holds a greater part to that for me.

However generally.
Pushing all aside.
Christmas while enjoyable obviously, is really just too manic and way out of control as to pressures on some individuals.

Easter is much more sedate and less overindulgent, so for me.

I prefer Easter.

easter means zero to me and i dont have time off so Christmas is miles better

I don't expect any chowing down on your body weight in chocolate eggs or hot cross buns then :smug:

xmas is cute but SO boring nowadays for my family

Easter reminds me of the beginning of summer so

I love both and like the family get togethers,love doing the easter egg hunt for the kids and also doing the tree that smudgie suggested,Christmas is way more expensive but I still love it,as the kids get so excited, so for me I like both and I like the religious connection to both,but the Easter story more so.
