did any1 else think that charley was milking the fact of what emily sed to her and i laughed wen she sed tht she would she would be on the front of every mag and newspaper i laughed

It's really difficult to judge this one, and its not something I would want to get wrong. The plain truth is that she was either offended by the comment which is understandable, and she should then be given credit for handling it well with Emily.
Or she is on her biggest adrenalin rush ever and milking it all the way to the papers and the bank!
The problem here is that she does have the tendency for attention seeking and has an annoying habit of drawing attention to any faults or weaknesses she can find ,and even possibly make up, about others around her.

she was truly offended by the comment but she is/will milk it to the death, especially if it gets her on the front page of the papers

i think that what we have seen of charley previous to this whole event has just fueled the whole "charley is milking it" argument
if emily aimed what she said at nicky and nicky acted in the same way, would everyone say she was milking it?

I said elsewhere on this forum, that I felt that some of the housemates (Not just Charley) were seeing it as an opportunity to get the public on there side....as the Wooden Plank George Galloway said last night these are very media savvy
young people, they know what is going on out here and they want to be the ones on the "right" side of it....and make Emily the "nasty racist" on the "bad" side and the fact that at the end of the live show this evening it cut back to Charley "how do you know I haven't put people up after what happened to me?" with a BIG grin on her face.....

after last nights show I was actually starting to like Charley......but again I find myself not liking her.

TBH. After watching tonights show. I think she is a bit.

[edited]. How can you say Charley is Milking it. Milking what exactly? The fact that she was called something demeaning and wrong even if it was done in a non malicious way. Charley was shocked as any of us would be if we were made to feel low because of our sex,religion,race, sexual orientation or appearance. So what if she mentions it, she has all the right to and Charley was speaking her mind and being real when she said she would be on the frontpages. Charley did not milk it.

I think she was dragging it out a bit, and so was CH4 last night. My opinion.

To be honest i don't think she is, she was obviousley offended by what she said the only thing that annoyed was when she told Shabnam to stop talking about it then went into the bedroom and moaned again, but no i don't think she's milking it she was clearly offended.

I agree she was offended, but as I said, the whole incident was dragged out well into yesterday. By CH4 too.
