Sir Philip Green charged with misdemeanour assault in USA
 

[Philip Green has been charged with
four counts of misdemeanour assault
in the United States.
A pilates instructor, Katie Surridge,
alleges the retail tycoon, 67,
touched her inappropriately,
Pima County Attorney's Office said.
She told police in Arizona it happened
during classes at the Canyon Ranch
luxury resort in Tucson in 2016 and 2018.
Sir Philip is accused of knowingly touching
another person with the intent to injure,
insult, or provoke.]
