Chanelle Hayes loses weight again

Chanelle Hayes told fans she was feeling "positive" after shedding yet more weight.
The former Big Brother star told fans she was feeling more happy in herself after exercising and eating well – sharing an incredible before and after picture which documented her results.
In one snap from 2018, a fuller figured Chanelle clutched a cocktail in her hands and posed in a black jumpsuit.
Meanwhile, posing in another similar ensemble more recently, the reality star looked significantly more slender, showing off her toned stomach and tiny waist as she posed before a night out.
In the caption, she proudly told her fans that she'd gone from a size 18 to a size 12.
"In losing all that excess weight I have gained more confidence and happiness," she wrote.
"If I had been EXTREME with my eating choices I am sure I could be much smaller and lighter than I am now however I have been working HARDDDD at keeping (and increasing) my muscle mass."
Before adding: "Over the rest of this year I will be cutting down my body fat slowly and steadily. I want to make a point that I am choosing to take my time in order to keep my muscle."

Meanwhile, another added: "You looked beautiful before but can see how much more confident you are you look amazing xxx".
A third agreed: "Very well done you look fabulous".
Chanelle, 31, vowed to lose weight after ex Ryan Oates walked out on her in November 2017, just weeks after she gave birth to her second child, son Frankie.
At the time, the heartbroken star admitted she loathed her curves, telling new! magazine, “I just need to lose weight now. Enough is enough. I’ve got no confidence at all, it’s disgusting. I need to sort myself out. What on earth have I done to myself? It’s disgusting.”
And last year it was revealed she's been working hard at the gym to get back to her CBB size 8 figure.
Since leaving the show in 2007, she has been open about her weight battle, yo-yoing from a size eight to a size 20.
