Most serious crime you have been involved in/witnessed?

Whether you were the criminal or a victim or a witness

The most serious crime I have been a witness to is a shop lifting incident where I saw a man stealing from the shop.

Assault on a stuffed animal at the Atlantic City boardwalk like 2 years ago. Guy picked one up right outside of a store we were also in front of and then the guy started punching it in the face HARD for a few seconds and then ran off :skull:

Nah but ok worst is probably an assault after school when I was in around 7th-8th grade, saw it from a distance (kid got jumped by a couple kids, they punched/kicked him for a bit and then ran off, don’t know/remember if they stole something too)

Part of a drug deal (weed) one time in the back of my friend’s car

I don’t do crimes. You do the crime, you do the time :dazzler:

Is that how the saying even goes? Idfk

Some pretty brutal fights.
Once a car drove by me and some friends with masked men in that had just done and armed robbery the Police drove after them and asked us which way they'd turned

Biggest one was a stabbing.
Lad we knew stabbed two brothers pretty seriously and scratched another one across his back.
Police and media were involved, our front room was like a bloodbath.

There are a couple I've seen but nothing major

One time where this girl apparently shoplifted some sweets and the security guy shoved ha out of the door onto the floor outside the shop and then her mom came over saying "DID YOU JUST ASSAULT MY DAUGHTER?!?" AND she took a picture of him and then she started following him around the shop and pushed him into this shelf which completely collapsed :skull: Then he called the police and I waited around to see what happened and when they arrived I told the police what I saw and defended the worker and bussed the ****ing idiot of a mom and they said they would record it in their notes, but they wanted me to give an official statement which I said no to bc if it went further I might have had to go to court :skull:

Was involved a terrorist attack three years ago, probably doesn’t get more serious!

Saw a multiple stabbing on a night out in Glasgow. Guy had been stabbed 3 times but must have only been superficial, because he was still tying to pick fights by the time the ambulance arrived. He was wearing a white shirt so it was all very... Colourful...

If I'm counting work incidents, there was a guy who got his head stomped by four other guys right outside. Again he walked away, though.

Probably the most serious was a guy in the street chasing a bunch of teenagers around waving an actual samurai sword... Full riot police came out with shields and tasers etc to take him down. Only potentially serious though as the kids were too fast for him and no one was injured. They were taunting the guy and getting close then running off when he swung the thing at them :umm2:. Utterly ****ing mad, thought I was going to see some teenager lose an arm or summat.

There’s been a few but one that sticks out was when I was in a car with my two other pals, one of which drives like an absolute lunatic. He was weaving in and out of cars on the motorway at about 100 (showing off), like literally what you would see on 2 Fast 2 Furious. Anyways all of sudden we hear sirens (an unmarked police car) and he pulls over. Then out of nowhere my friend in the drivers seat just starts bursting out crying, it was the best acting I had ever seen. He starts going on to the police officers that “a family member is in hospital, I’m not thinking straight” all this nonsense and me and my other pal in the backseat are just sat their looking baffled.

The police officers then just gives my friend a caution and then lets us go. They didn’t even really question me or my other friend they just sent us on our way. I too this day will never understand how he managed to get away with it.

Toy Soldier 15-07-2019 06:30 PM

Probably not acting with the crying, he'll have been ****ting his pants about the speeding and just added the story to his very real bawling :joker:

Me and my other friend had a little joke about that afterwards . The thing is, he’s one of those people that’s a really good bull****ter and is really good at getting out of situations like that. Me and my friends know what he’s like because we’ve known him for so long but it was one of those times where I was just amazed at how the police didn’t see through his bullcrap and managed to get away with what he had done.

thesheriff443 15-07-2019 06:58 PM

Attempted murder, grievous bodily harm failing to prove who I am at road side handling stolen goods to mention a few

thesheriff443 15-07-2019 07:01 PM

Just like to add I’ve only ever had one caution that I never should of accepted

I witnessed someone being stabbed 9 years ago. I was on the upper deck of the bus at the front and some guy was fighting two other guys. Out of nowhere, a third man snuck up on the first man and stabbed him repeatably in his left leg. The man screamed in pain and blood was pouring out profusely.

LaLaLand 15-07-2019 07:18 PM

I was standing next to a man outside a pub just as he was glassed once. Just saw this pint glass fly past me then a loud smash, blood everywhere. Then a riot broke out obviously because the smashed glass went over a few people.

I also was about 10ft from an argument on my friends street once when one guy stabbed the other but we just thought he was punching him! :skull:

Probably when a man still drunk from the night before, jumped the lights and wrote my car off, bashing me up and breaking my femur in the process.
