How did he get so good? How long did he have to sit in his room playing for to win a world cup?
I hope he can now pool his energies into something constructive. |
maybe next year they will run it over a month and get more players

I've told my two sons to get into their bedrooms and not to come back out until they had won a million

Winning a game is not constructive, it's akin to gambling to me there can only be one winner, had he lost he'd just be a boy who had spend numerous hrs sat gaming. |
I told smallest boy LT he was a total failure and had let his mum and me down by not winning a million quid, he looked so upset and cried a bit
Honestly you just cant win with kids  |
everyone is different, and if people can make some money doing something they love, then what could be better.

and how many of us will earn 1 million quid in our lifetimes, good on him |
If he put it in a high interest account then by the time he’s 18 he could afford maybe 5 Freddos?

My point is the time it take for him to get that good at a video fame for most teens causes a lot of problems with schoosing, relationships with parents and peers yes one in a million win a million it doesn't mean a lot of screen time is a good thing. I hope the boy has the guidance to help him with this life changing amount. |

Now, if we're talking about a grown adult spending their time on games rather than looking for work or whatever then it is a problem. But TiBB can be very unconstructive time spent so we're all guilty of our vices. :hee: |
