Can we just please give a moment to support the fact that Amber won on her own. Most women in LI rarely do well off their own accord (Laura Anderson and Camilla being runners up off their own accord being the closest to Amber) and Amber has gone on to win the ENTIRE show off her own back. :love:

Greg was popular also - this isn’t the case of Greg being like India. Yes Amber was probably more popular, but people voted for them because they liked them as a couple

Oh I’m not denying Greg was popular, he was liked. But only in the same way people ‘liked’ Paul last year, Amber picked up the vast majority of the votes for them. Had Greg been with let’s say Belle, he wouldn’t have even made the final.

Nah he was more popular than Paul, and yeah that’s true had he been with Belle he wouldn’t have got to the final, but Amber/Greg were basically the only couple where BOTH contestants were liked by the public, hence why they won

Ovie and India - public only liked Ovie
Tommy and Molly - public only liked Tommy
Curtis and Maura - public only liked Maura

Had the public only liked Amber she would have lost out to Tommy/Molly and Ovie/India placing third in my opinion, she won mainly because both her and Greg were liked, not because of her solely, that’s what made them unique over the other couples, meaning she didn’t win off her own accord

Yes I agree, Amber and Greg won because neither was disliked - they’ll never last on the outside, I’d be happy to be proved wrong but don’t see the chemistry

They’ll fall at the same hurdle as the rest. They’ll break up because the pressure of pleasing the public gets too much.

As Cara and Nathan said today - knowing the public chose you as the best couple buts so much unwanted pressure on.

And with all these couples most likely moving in together in the next 2 months, it’ll never last. Its way too soon.

I started watching when Yewande got dumped and watched the beginning on iplayer, why does it matter? And im not arsed just surprised because you called her dull when i said i liked her not long ago

None of them were genuine couples...maybe Tommy and Mollie Mae were more real than most BUT they were dull and Mollie wasn’t liked by the public just like Curtis and India which is why they didn’t win.
Amber got the sympathy vote and just happened to be with a likeable character in the last two weeks...but they won’t last imo. Let’s not forget it was Maura he was really interested in but she turned him down.

Plus that was during Casa Amor I think? Which was like four weeks ago now and I thought it was the first episode you watched.
