Late Rooms & Super Break holiday firms go into administration
[Two package holiday firms have collapsed,
affecting more than 50,000 travellers. Malvern Group, which incorporates Manchester-based Late Rooms and York-based Superbreak Mini Holidays, known as Super Break, has ceased trading. The group said Super Break hotel-only holidays would be cancelled and people currently on holiday might have to pay again.] https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-49200999 Not a good time to go under. |

Yes some have had to pay again. But they need to get a receipt, printed. And on return to get a refund. |
I'm very careful when I book a break that its ABTA or ATOL protected, it almost happened to me in 05 I booked a break to eurodisney and the company went bust luckily they were bought by leger holidays before we travelled and they honoured the booking.
Theres no way I could pay again while away, we'd just have to come home.. if we could afford to get home before out pre booked flight :/ |
People currently on holiday have to pay again?
As if you bloody would!!! |

Late rooms earns money from commission selling room space, so for them to go out of business, they cant have earned commission on many rooms .... so there won't be many affected ... if any
