What a horrible person, I find it so frustrating that people like this own pets. What I’d find even more annoying is that if that dog had turned on her and bit her, he would probably get put down.

Sorry folks, but the dog kept coming back for more because she wasn't effecting it one bit...but it's still not nice to see I admit...I am an animal lover and could never lay a hand on one which is why I will stick with my little chuahuahua bert.

Teaching a dog obedience is along the lines of “Down”, “Gentle”, “Fetch”, not ****ing spitting on the dog and attacking them? So I’d argue that yes it is that bad.
