What is the Closest Place of Commerce To Where You Live?

What is the nearest business to your home?

I live above a vegan cafe/takeway and a souvenir shop.

There’s a little convenience shop just up the street from me.

Theres only 2 shops, a pub and an indian takeaway in our village, they are on the 'main street' so them I guess

The off licence is a 5 minute walk

I live about a two minute walk from a front row of shops. There’s a bookies, a cafe, a florist, a convenience shop, two hairdressers, an Indian takeaway, a Chinese takeaway, a chippy, an undertakers, a little Tesco, a barnardos and a bakers. There’s been a unit redundant for a couple of years but it’s apparently turning into a gin bar.

Corner shop is two houses away, so really close

Convenience store behind my house. 15 - 20 second walk from my front door. Run by Sri Lankans.

3 mins from a (overpriced) pub

In my adult life i've always lived close by to convenience stores but literally never ever used them, id rather walk the extra 10 mins to a supermarket.

2 shops literally around the corner.

shame, you get friendly service, even more so when they get to know you and the prices are much the same, as corner shops are generally part of chain stores now like Londis

Doctors, dentist, pharmacy, optician, post office, Indian takeaway, Chinese takeaway, Parmo, kebab and pizza place, shop with offdoor, pub.
All in a little half square, within 2 mins in the car and about five walking.
Big Tesco 4 mins in the car.
