For someone close to bankruptcy I’m glad she’s spending her money wisely and putting her kids first...

For all that surgery she doesn't even look younger than she is...

She’s the most self indulgent self centred person I have ever laid eyes on. Never liked her and never will. She could have retired nicely...raised her children in a decent lifestyle and focused on them. Instead she disrespects the system...obviously owes money otherwise she wouldn’t be facing bankruptcy..but instead of paying her debts and giving her children some sort of grounding..goes from man to man (if that’s what you call them) because of her own desire to be wanted and needed...and spends thousands on plastic surgery. No stable upbringing for them, just a selfish need to be kept in the spotlight.
She’s a disgrace.

Couldn't agree more Ammi.....she needs help and fast, the amount of anaesthesia she has had is seriously worrying.

...yeah I’m guessing that this is why she’s having surgeries overseas, Annie...the risks from the quantities of general anaesthetics alone is hugely worrying ...and I would have thought, strongly advised against from any credible medical person..?...someone who would disregard those things as she does with frequent surgeries...is not in a good mind space at all and that’s really sad to see...

tbh this isn't a new thing with her, it's been right from the start of her career, it's who she is

I agree and I think she's a "pioneer" of sorts. A cautionary tale for what's been going on in the last decade. All of the young reality TV stars have started having surgeries / fillers / etc. getting more and more extreme, basing their entire careers around it, and inevitably (like Katie) they're all going to encounter the aging process and panic, and try desperately to combat it (which you can't forever). I can see there being an awful lot more Katie Prices in 10 years time.

She herself is a victim of the expected ideal especially those with ' celebrity' status, she was as a glamour model and she is as a chat show host.
All the loose women have had surgeries, lots of Katies peers have too.
Yes she's made bad choices in her life, many do.. her life is analysed to the nth degree which is her choice how many other people in the public eye go through equally challenging times or have body/aging issues that see them struggle or undergo surgery in a bid to stay employable?

...and male Katie’s..?...(...I believe that her boyfriend had a surgery as well..)...I’m sure I read recently of a huge rise in young male cosmetic surgery/fillers etc of recent times...

I don't think it's fair to attempt to pin the blame for this perfection ideal chasing on Katie price... we have no idea what the pressures were on her in her career to stay relevant. Glamour was very competitive therefore the pressure to go under the knife will have been huge.

..it possibly has elements of ‘addiction’ in it as well..?..
