bit of a cold night it was last night, but i prefer this to the nights after long days of vile heat, when it struggles to cool down

Got to sleep about 3:30 am to 4am, woke up just before 8am. About 4 hours kip is quite regular for me. If I can catch an afternoon nap, I will sneak a quick hours sleep In.
