[Cuadrilla suspends fracking at Lancashire site
after biggest tremor yet
Seismic activity at the site near Blackpool
meant work had to be stopped
under UK rules but the firm said it could
not cause harm.]

[Operations were paused for 18 hours
after what it called a "micro seismic" event
of magnitude 1.55 was detected at 8.46pm
on Wednesday.
Work was halted several times
last year due to minor tremors and it was
only last week that Cuadrilla said it was
resuming fracking at the
Preston New Road site in Little Plumpton,
near Blackpool in Lancashire.]

there was around 400 protestors
outside the site

Who remembers that Tremor a few years back? It ran right underneath my house. My whole house was swaying like it was gonna fall over, yet I didn't move an inch, and just thought "what's going on here"?
